  • We are processing all orders without delay, but due to extended COVID-19 lockdowns across the country you may experience delivery delays in some areas by up to 10 business days.
  • We normally ship / dispatch in 3 business days – if you require your order urgently please call our office on +61 7 3891 7777 to make a prior arrangement
  • Most delivery’s will require signature on receiving end, please send to location that can accept delivery during normal business hours.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Once the package has been dispatched it is up to the customer to re direct this with the carrier

We want you to be happy, this means you can return any purchase within 14 days from date of received (if unworn, with all tags) and obtain a prompt exchange on your swimwear. Delivery and handling charges on returns are the customers responsibility. Please send your receipt so that we can process the exchange quickly.

We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

All items have been included in good faith on the basis that the goods, as described, will be available at the time of sale. A failure by supplier to deliver in accordance with the sample, description or at all, or other unintentional causes, may result in some lines being unavailable. Some actual colours on the website may vary slightly from the product

To Initiate and return or exchange please note the following:

For Exchange

  • Your order confirmation number is provided as proof of purchase 
  • Tags attached are attached to all items 
  • Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed (Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear)
  • For health and hygiene reasons we will not be able to accept returns of any g-string or thong items (unless faulty, see above fault goods process)
  • Within 14 days from date received
  • Items that are customised generally cannot be exchanged for wrong choice or change of mind
  • Store credit or exchange will be offered. 

For faulty goods

  • Your order confirmation number is provided as proof of purchase 
  • Supply photo of issue
  • Individual assessment will be made and may result in goods being sent back for repair.
  • After assessment, we will discuss either repairing, replacing or refunding the item.

What happens if I need to exchange my product?

This happens! Just send us an message here and we will give you an authority to return
